These online shopping terms and conditions including WonOnWon’s privacy, GDPR code of conduct, market place agreement, Terms of use, Delivery, Returns and Exchanges policies (collectively the “T’s&C’s”) are developed for the customers and users to understand how they apply and govern how to make use of WonOnWon platform and any WonOnWon product (“Products”) or services that you may order online.

GDPR – General Data protection Regulation Act

The General Data protection regulation (EU) 2016/679 passed into law by the EU parliament requires us to explain clearly the important items of our terms of use so that you as the customer, by agreeing to these T’s&C’s, thereby forming a legally binding agreement between WonOnWon and the customer, so understand and acknowledge these terms.

Does the GDPR apply to my organisation?

The GDPR applies to any organisation (not just businesses) who hold, use or share information relating to an individual. This includes organisations who monitor or track the behaviour of EU individuals, store data on them or sell to individuals within the EU.

Which data is GDPR concerned with?

The GDPR applies to ‘personal data’ meaning any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier.

This definition provides for a wide range of personal identifiers to constitute personal data, including name, identification number, location data or online identifier, reflecting changes in technology and the way organisations collect information about people.


What does my organisation need to do to become compliant?

Where you collect and/or share personal data relating to an individual, you need to provide them with certain information (including but not limited to) how you will use their data, if you will share their data and the individual’s rights in relation to their information (see our GDPR Toolkit for further information).

  • Store personal data exclusively in GDPR compliant systems such as WonOnWon
  • Stop sending and storing Personal Identifiable information (“PII”) via non GDPR compliant systems (unaudited spreadsheets, pieces of paper)
  • Where necessary, have processes in place to gain consent – Wononwon allows users to send out consent forms via Form builder in Databases tab whilst managing an organisation
  • Decide on appropriate retention policies for each type of data stored
  • Effect appropriate internal organisational and technical measures to protect personal data, Wononwon Exclusively stored user data on encrypted AWS servers, maintaining the highest level of security measures.
  • Where required, record your data processing activities and appoint a data protection officer
  • Undertake data protection impact assessments where necessary;
  • Have processes in place to respond to data subject requests in a timely manner

One thing to remember is, that GDPR compliance is a rolling activity, and isn’t a once off measure, it require continual review and work to ensure PII data is secured and the rights of users are being upheld.

What steps has WonOnWon taken to make it simple?

  • Create your consent form and disseminate it to all organisation users where necessary, via the WonOnWon online form creator, providing consent from each individual player, parent, coach manager etc.
  • Provide tools to help access data needed for subject requests I.e. Provide an export of a player’s database data to a player when requested
  • Allow player to update or request update of data through thier player profiles
  • Allow player to request deletion in terms of article(Article 17 of GDPR URL: https://gdpr-info.eu/art-17-gdpr/)
  • Improve data security by keeping up to date with latest phishing or social hacking scams etc and making sure your personal computer firewall and security systems are up to date and secure. Meet once per month to discuss good security behavior
  • Provide audit information for membership database exports - so you can see who has exported what and when.
  • Clearly display who has access to data and provide tools to add or remove access where appropriate. As an organisation owner, this can be done in the manage organisation tab, under memberships.
  • Data security is of utmost importance, this is why WonOnWon entrusts one of the world’s most secure companies around, Amazon Web services, which provides us piece of mind that our servers, hosted in the EU, are secure and being secured at all times.
  • Wononwon runs penetration testing protocols from time to time to access the level of security we maintain and take proactive steps to maintain the highest level of security.
  • WonOnWon is committed to the secure storage of all user data, whether that be personal information or data important to your organisation.
  • The WonOnWon platform system runs exclusively in Amazon Web Services data centres. AWS maintains the highest standards of security compliance and certification. AWS Cloud Security information

WonOnWon eCommerce Pty ltd is a business in the sporting good and software industry that sells various sporting equipment directly to our software users through our online store and direct sales. 

Card acquiring and security 

Card transactions will be acquired for WonOnWon via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African  Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is  South African Rand (ZAR).

Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and WonOnWon eCommerce Pty ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under  this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Product pricing, availability and Delivery

  • WonOnWon reserves the right to change product descriptions, discontinue, change pricing or product codes, without prior notice, for all products and services offered on this Platform.
  • WonOnWon operates a Marketplace, where different suppliers are being connected to the Buyers through our platform. We do however use sophisticated software to connect the Inventories together to make sure you get your product, and if its out of stock, we will contact you and try to get your product to your ASAP or issue a refund. 

Products Images and Representations

  • The actual Product delivered may be subject to variations in appearance as Product packaging may differ over time.
  • As the customer, it is your responsibility to check and ensure your ordering the correct product and sizing, description and/product code (The product code overrules any related imaging when a dispute arises on a product order) and if the Sizing is incorrect, we do allow you to return it, so we can send you a fitting size.
  • Cancellation of orders You will only be able to cancel orders up to 17h00 on the day prior to the date of delivery. WonOnWon reserves the right not to refund the delivery in respect of any late cancellations.
  • Returns You may return a Product, at your cost, to any WonOnWon supplier provided you have the original invoice/proof of purchase and have complied with the required terms and conditions of WonOnWon’s Returns Policy in line with ECT Act.
  • Product Reviews Remember that when submitting reviews, please keep the language clean and user friendly. WonOnWon community standards policy will guide your responsibility in posting public content on the platform.

  • Delivery Any person other than yourself who receives the Products at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Our sole liability for failing to deliver the Products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.
  • Payment Our payment processors are all PARSA compliance and ensure they adhere to the legal requirements to keep your data safe and secure
  • Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard. 
  • Should the customer pay for the Products via instantEFT, the order will only be processed once WonOnWon have received successful confirmation of payment. 
  • 3D secure When using your credit card for online shopping on the Website, WonOnWon will attempt to use 3D Secure as an additional security measure if your issuing bank supports it. 3D Secure will authenticate your personal details and will authorize payment for online shopping. If your issuing bank supports 3D Secure but you have not activated it, you will be redirected during the payment process to set it up.
  • WonOnWon will refund a purchase for the exact amount paid less the following: Any delivery costs already incurred by WonOnWon and 10% admin Fee
  • Any restocking fees for special orders
Faulty Product Returns

  • We aim to provide you with Products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a Product with a defect, please contact us at russell@wononwon.com as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment.
  • If the Product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace the Product or refund the Price of the Product. If the Product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the Product back to you.
  • It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the Product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
  • Please note that only technical inadequacies and inaccuracies, which were avoidable with the technology available is considered a defect but does include aspects of personal taste. Differences in colour between the images and text and the original image and text data are not a defect. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no defect if reduced quality due to the poor quality (for example, low resolution) of the original image or text data.
  • It is important to note that all WonOnWon custom product sizes are approximate, and some deviations can be expected as the products are created on an individual basis and are handmade.

Change of mind returns

  • All WonOnWon Custom products are made to order and cannot be refunded or returned due to change of mind, incorrect sizes ordered, incorrect colours ordered, or any errors in information submitted to us.

Online Registration

In order to shop on wononwon.com, you do not need to register, although we recommend it as its easier for your to come back and track your orders, review your purchases and speak to a customer service agent.

Your data will be store on a GDPR complaint storage system and will be held and secured by one of the world’s most prestigious cloud services business Amazon Web services. (Click here to read the GDPR AWS DPA which we have signed and abide by)

Furthermore, we are GDPR Compliant, and will endeavour to protect and keep your data secure, encrypted and safe at all times. In the Event of a data breech we have appointed our DPO to notify the DPC within 72 hours of the breach and will contact all affected customers as soon as possible.


By registering and accepting these terms and conditions when doing so, constitutes your acceptance and agreement to the terms of WonOnWon platform. When Registering, you will be required to provide your email address, first name and last name, and a password. Please keep your password private as WonOnWon accepts no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your account.

Ordering a product

When ordering your product, the onerous is you the customer to provide accurate and correct information, as we cannot deliver the product in good turnaround time if you have provided incorrect information. In the event whereby there is a delivery made to the incorrect address, the delivery company will attempt to contact you to try deliver again. # unsuccessful delivery will return to WonOnWon and we will contact you to request redelivery and this will incur a delivery a processing fee of R150

Please read our Privacy policy in order to understand more about what we need your data for. In Summary, We do not under any circumstances provide your personal Data of any data subjects to 3rd parties. We do however, allow third party advertisers to run campaigns that we see fit to provide value to our customers, through our use of our Emailing system. At no time will your personal Data on any data subjects be disclosed or provided to a 3rd party. We do not sell personal data.

  • To build your player profiles which will be used to enhance your sporting career.
  • To develop and serve your adverts, unless you have subscribed to our remove adverts subscription service, that are relative to your interests.

WonOnWon online store is a Market place as well as a e-commerce store for WonOnWon products. Our products are of the upmost quality and we endeavor to provide the best possible quality for the best price, just as we have proved our salt in our software, we will bring the same value to our customers through our products. Images of Products and digital/actual representations

WonOnWon will make every effort to display our store products, both from Marketplace and our own as accurately as possible to ensure we meet customer expectations, include Images of products and their features and descriptions. It is possible, however unlikely, that a product delivered may vary in appearance, as packaging may change over time, as well as Descriptions of products. Actual colours may also contrast to real life as different monitors have different presentations of colours.  WonOnWon will always use product code over product images when resolving a dispute about a product.

Product Price, Availability and Delivery:

Any products displayed on the website are subject to Stock availability, In the event there is no stock, we will try to obtain stock to fulfill the order as we strive to provide a world class service to our customers. Delivery is exclusively within the South African Region, for International orders, please contact customer care ( russell@wononwon.com)  prior to ordering so we can determine the best possible solution to deliver your products. Please Remember that when inputting your delivery details, you take on the responsibility for non-delivery cost if the details provided where incorrect resulting in a non-delivery performance from the courier.

The products displayed on the Platform are subject to availability. Available delivery areas are identified at the checkout process when the delivery address is entered, and it remains the responsibility of the customer to ensure the delivery address, including the suburb and postal code, is correct. All prices displayed on the Website are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa for the day that they are viewed and WonOnWon reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change pricing or descriptions of products and services offered on this Website without incurring any liability whatsoever.

WonOnWon cannot guarantee availability of stock, both from our own products or Marketplace products, but will try to obtain where possible. In the case where stock cannot be obtained, we will notify you, using your details provided during the registration process, and provide you options to rectify the order, namely by providing a list of alternative items available, lead time on sourcing the out of stock product for those customer who are willing to wait for the product and/or provide a phased solution to large bulk orders, or reduce the number of quantity ordered etc, or provide a refund credit to the WonOnWon platform, or provide a refund to the customer. WonOnWon will try to meet the customers’ requirements where possible to uphold the best possible customer service.

customers will be charged the prices that are reflected on the Website, subject to availability and save where “Inadvertent and Obvious Errors” have occurred. The prices will include Value-Added Tax. Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited-offer stipulations.

Once you have placed your order online and checked out, the purchase will be subject to these terms. On receipt of your order you shall receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order. Please note, these communications confirm we have received your order, but do not represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us. We are not legally obliged to provide the products and services to you during the offer process.

Order Tracking

You as the customer, post payment you will receive an email with the details of your order, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and you will be able to log into your profile on WonOnWon and track your order.

If you as the customer would like to cancel any order, you may do so by visiting the website, and managing your order

Risk and Ownership

Risk and ownership shall pass to you the customer upon acceptance of the products by your authorized representative on delivery. WonOnWon remain the full owner of all products until such time.

Returns Policy

The ECT Act and returns:

WonOnWon customers are bound under the Electronic communications and transactions act (“ECT”) and it will apply to all transactions on WonOnWon where applicable. Our customers have the following general rights upon wishing to return an Item:

  • a general right to return (a “cooling off period”)
  • for seven days after delivery;
  • for any reason;
  • without penalty; but
  • the consumer must pay the costs to return the goods.

14 calendar days Exchange and Refund Policy

We will refund or exchange most goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase, provided:

  • it is in its original packaging and condition, including all attachments, accessories and documentation;
  • it is unused with all original tags attached
  • Items of hyenic nature cannot be returned i.e. Underpants, compression underwear and underwear

Returns and exchange requests for items purchased more than 14 days ago might incur collection, delivery and processing fees of R150 + VAT for normal goods, and deinstallation or heavy load equipment will be charged on ad-hoc basis. However, goods that show a manufacturing defect will be dealt directly with suppliers in line with their provided warranties, guarantees.

Sizing issues:

If you have bought an item that isn’t quiet the best fit you were looking for, you may return the product in all its original packaging and product tags, unworn and unused, please take care when opening products, and we will send you a new size. Please return the product Via Dawn wing or Fastway courier and we will send you the correct fit. Please refer to sizing chart carefully before ordering.

Clothing items:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise directly to the WonOnWon supplier, please contact russell@wononwon.com to process a return.

Returns shall be at the cost of the customer using Dawn wing/fast way courier service with the original sale receipt or online order number/receipt attached, within 14 days of purchase. Please note, defective or damaged merchandise can only be returned if it’s unworn. Purchases being couriered back to the will only receive a refund for the returned merchandise. i.e. Not for shipping and packing costs incurred by customer

  • Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been made and dispatched.
  • Custom Orders can take up to ten business days to manufacture before being shipped.
  • In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team.
  • Please note that shipping time estimates below apply after your order is manufactured and shipped.


  • Orders are typically dispatched 2-3 business days after placing your order, and Custom Orders can take up to 10 days manufacture before being shipped
  • Our orders ship from our factory usually take 3 - 10 business days to reach you.
  • Shipping time may vary according to Courier service performance and other Localized issues out of WonOnWon’s control and does not include order processing time.


  • Custom Orders are typically dispatched 10 business days after placing your order
  • Our orders ship from our factory and usually take 1 - 3 business days to reach you.
  • Express Shipping does not expedite the manufacturing and dispatch times above. Orders will be shipped via nominated courier service once dispatched.
  • Shipping time may vary according to couriers post time frames and zones and does not include order processing time.


  • All Other International - will arrive within 1 - 3 weeks after being shipped, depending on localized performance of customs and other stakeholders out of WonOnWon’s control– Quote will be calculated upon checkout.
  • \ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. This is not within our control and we cannot pre-pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
